About
Course taught for mindfulness organisation Breathworks. At the end of this course you will have a foundation in the skills of mindfulness, compassion, and meditation.
This course runs online, with weekly sessions across 8 weeks (Friday, 2pm).
The course consists of:
2/2.5 hour weekly online learning sessions
Home practice: daily meditations of 10 - 20 mins and ’mindfulness in daily life’ exercises
Optional learning materials to watch, listen and read in your own time each week
Mindfulness and compassion tools to manage stress, anxiety and everyday life
Mindful movement practices
