About

Course taught for mindfulness organisation Breathworks. At the end of this course you will have a foundation in the skills of mindfulness, compassion, and meditation.


This course runs online, with weekly sessions across 8 weeks (Friday, 2pm).


The course consists of:

  • 2/2.5 hour weekly online learning sessions

  • Home practice: daily meditations of 10 - 20 mins and ’mindfulness in daily life’ exercises

  • Optional learning materials to watch, listen and read in your own time each week

  • Mindfulness and compassion tools to manage stress, anxiety and everyday life

  • Mindful movement practices
