Emma is trained in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Rocket, Mandala, and Yin yoga. She teaches her own unique Qi Flow classes, a blend of qigong and vinyasa yoga which builds awareness of the energetic body while moving meditatively.

qigong
Emma teaches qigong, a traditional Chinese wellness practice that nourishes the mind and body through slow, flowing movements and breath. Emma’s connection to qigong began in childhood with her mother, a qigong teacher. Emma began to teach after her mother’s passing, and found it to be a healing path through grief.
